Japanese Kobido
Kobido is a traditional Japanese facial massage that originated in the 15th century. Its name means “the ancient way of beauty”. Originally practiced by Japanese emperors and the imperial court, it combines elements of massage, acupressure, and lymphatic drainage.
Key characteristics of Kobido massage:
-
Techniques: Alternating fast and slow hand movements, tapping, kneading, and delicate lifting strokes.
-
Focus areas: Face, neck, and décolleté, with attention to meridian points and energy flow.
-
Effects:
-
Stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.
-
Improves skin elasticity and tone.
-
Reduces muscle tension in the face and jaw.
-
Encourages collagen production and natural lifting effect.
-
Provides deep relaxation and stress release.
-
-
Experience: Often described as both energizing and soothing — the rhythmical sequence can feel like a “dance of hands” on the skin
Abdominal
My abdominal massage "Celebration of belly" is a gentle yet deep practice aimed at restoring health, releasing tension, and awakening vital energy.
I place special focus on women’s health:
-
postpartum recovery,
-
gentle work with scars and adhesions (including after a C-section),
-
support for pelvic organs and hormonal balance,
-
activation of the lymphatic system to reduce swelling and support cleansing.
This massage is also highly beneficial for men:
-
improving digestion and circulation,
-
releasing inner tension,
-
activating the body’s natural resources,
-
harmonizing the lymphatic and nervous systems.
Each session creates a space for deep relaxation, reconnection with the body, and a feeling of inner lightness — an opportunity to let go of tension and allow the body to breathe again.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a slow, intuitive touch that helps the body unwind from within. Through gentle sustained pressure and mindful presence, fascia, the connective web that holds everything together, begins to soften, open, and breathe again.
From my hands, this work is never mechanical. It’s a conversation with your body, listening, waiting, allowing. Sometimes it feels like melting, sometimes like remembering yourself from the inside out.
MFR supports pain and tension release, restores natural movement, and calms the nervous system. It helps you return to your natural rhythm, grounded, open, and whole.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient healing technique that uses gentle suction to release tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural detox process.
The cups create a soft vacuum that lifts the tissues, helping fascia and muscles to loosen and breathe. This brings fresh blood flow, reduces stiffness, and supports deep relaxation. Cupping is a great solution for the scar work.
Cupping can be a stand-alone treatment or combined with bodywork or MFR. It’s helpful for chronic tightness, stagnation, or when you simply want to feel lighter and more open in your body.

Mexican Rebozo Scarf Work
A deeply nurturing practice rooted in Mexican tradition.
Using a long woven shawl, the body is softly rocked, wrapped, and supported, inviting deep rest, release, and reconnection.
This gentle work calms the nervous system, releases emotional and physical tension, and restores a sense of grounding and wholeness.
It creates a feeling of safety and containment, helping you gather yourself back into your natural rhythm.
Rebozo massage is especially supportive for women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and other times of transition. For anyone seeking deep rest, emotional release, and renewal. Helps you feel grounding and hole again.
Craniosacral Therapy
Through quiet, attentive touch, craniosacral work helps the body remember its own rhythm of ease and harmony.
Using light contact, the craniosacral rhythm, the subtle movement of fluids around the brain and spine, is listened to and supported. This allows the nervous system to release long-held tension and return to balance.
Craniosacral work can ease headaches, stress, fatigue, and emotional strain, while bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and inner spaciousness.
It is safe and beneficial for all ages, from newborns to adults, and especially supportive during times of transition, recovery, or emotional overwhelm.

Each session is adapted to the child’s age and needs, with a parent present if desired.
