These sessions may be especially beneficial for modern people with sedentary lifestyles and high levels of daily tension. Together, we gently integrate simple and supportive wellness practices into everyday life to help improve overall physical condition, reduce stress, and support better sleep quality.
The facilitation program may also include exercises that support lymphatic drainage, strengthen back and postural muscles, improve mobility, and encourage a more mindful and caring relationship with the body.
