Massage for Kids (7-15 year old)
Service Description
A safe and nurturing touch helps children feel calm, grounded, and more connected to their bodies. Sessions are gentle and playful, supporting healthy growth, emotional balance, and body awareness. Each session is adapted to the child’s age and needs, with a parent present if desired.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival Time Clients are kindly asked to arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, discussion of health considerations, and preparation for the session. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the session cost. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. No-Show Policy Please notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Emergencies and unexpected situations are understandable. Repeated no-shows without communication may result in limited booking availability or a request for advance payment. Client and Practitioner Relationship Each session begins with a short consultation to better understand your needs and preferences. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly regarding pressure, comfort level, boundaries, or concerns during the session. All services are provided in a professional, respectful, and non-sexual environment. The practitioner reserves the right to end a session immediately if inappropriate behavior occurs. Scope of Practice Massage therapy and holistic bodywork are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness. Services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed healthcare providers regarding medical concerns. Confidentiality All personal information shared during consultations and sessions is kept confidential and treated with care and respect, except when disclosure is required by law. Payment and Pricing We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Fees Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Balances unpaid after 7 days may incur a $15 late fee. Future appointments may be declined until the balance is resolved. Accounts with unresolved balances may be referred to a collections agency. Insurance Coverage We do not directly bill insurance companies for massage therapy services. By scheduling and attending an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies.
